Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two premium shipping options tailored for collectors:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our New York facility, excluding some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to see available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your location.
How long does order processing take?
Our team of fellow collectors carefully inspects and packages each item with the care it deserves. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your order is dispatched.
