We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • Original packaging must be undamaged
  • All certificates of authenticity must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the premium nature of certain collectibles, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened anime figures or model kits (including Figma, Bring Arts, and Play Arts Kai)
  • Special edition or limited-run items marked as “final sale”
  • Custom or special order items (including certain Tamashii Nations releases)
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotion events

2. Receive Return Authorization
