All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate our global collector community:

International Shipping

For our international collectors:

• All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
• Shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

Returns & Exchanges

We understand collectors demand perfection. While we meticulously inspect every item before shipment, we offer a comprehensive return policy for your peace of mind.

Return Policy Overview

• 15-day return window from date of delivery
• Item must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
• Original packaging must be undamaged
• All certificates of authenticity must be included
• Proof of purchase required

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request

Email our collector support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item showing any damage or defects (if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer refund or exchange (subject to availability)

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our specialist will email you:

• Return Authorization Number (RMA)
• Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
• Detailed return instructions

3. Package Your Return

To protect your collectible during return shipping:

• Use the original packaging whenever possible
• Include all original protective materials (blister packs, foam inserts)
• Securely seal the package
• Include a copy of your return authorization

4. Ship Your Return

For standard returns (non-defective items):

• Ship via trackable carrier (DHL or FedEx recommended)

• Retain your tracking number

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
• Appearance on Statement: May take additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of equal value (e.g., different Saint Seiya style or Bring Arts figure):

• Available for unopened items within 15 days
• Subject to current inventory of Bandai, Kotobukiya, or Square Enix products
• Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
• Standard shipping rates apply for replacement items

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged Perfect Grade models or defective Figma figures received:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We’ll provide prepaid return shipping
• Receive priority replacement processing

International Returns

For collectors outside the U.S.:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
• Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
